1. General
These terms apply to all purchases made through this website. By completing a purchase you accept these terms.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe using the methods shown at checkout. The amount is charged when your order is confirmed.
3. Personalised production
Each PawMug is produced from the photos and information you provide. You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload. Our artists interpret your photos with craft skill; small artistic variations are part of the handmade nature of the product.
4. Delivery
Delivery takes place as described in our Shipping Policy. Ownership of the item passes to you upon delivery.
5. Withdrawal right and guarantee
As a made-to-specification product, the PawMug is exempt from the 14-day EU withdrawal right (see our Refund Policy). Your statutory warranty rights for defective goods remain fully unaffected, and our craftsmanship guarantee applies on top.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the item.
7. Complaints
Not happy with something? Contact us first, we solve almost everything directly. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
