1. What data do we collect?
When you order from us we collect the data needed to fulfil your purchase: name, e-mail address, delivery address, phone number and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe, we never see or store your card details. To craft your mug we also store the photos of your pet that you upload, plus the breed and story you share with us.
2. What do we use your data for?
We use your data to produce and deliver your order (including sharing your pet's photos with our artists), to send order confirmations, production updates and tracking, for customer service and, only with your consent, for marketing. With your cookie consent we also use anonymised data to improve our website and adverts (Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity).
3. Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with partners needed to run the shop: our payment provider (Stripe), production and shipping partners, e-mail provider (Resend), file storage (Vercel) and analytics/advertising platforms (subject to your consent). We never sell your data.
4. Cookies and tracking
Essential cookies keep the site working (e.g. your basket). Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser data or contacting us.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep order data for 7 years to meet accounting obligations. The photos of your pet are kept while needed for production and our craftsmanship guarantee; you can ask us to delete them at any time after delivery.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. E-mail us to exercise any of these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
