Shipping Policy

1. Production time
Every PawMug is made to order: hand-sculpted, hand-painted and kiln-fired, which takes 10–15 working days. This craft time applies before any shipping option.
2. Delivery time and cost
Standard delivery: 5–10 working days after production, always free. Express delivery: priority dispatch and faster carriers, 5–7 days after production, for £12.90.
3. Tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an e-mail with a tracking code to follow the parcel to your door. Before that, we send production updates so you always know where your piece is.
4. Delivery area
We currently deliver to: United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
5. Delays
Handcraft and busy carrier periods can occasionally add a few days. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll chase the carrier straight away.
